Prosecco Mint Julep Recipe

With the addition of Prosecco, the classic mint julep gets a bubbly upgrade.

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz bourbon
• 3 sprigs fresh mint
• Prosecco, 2 oz

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 mint sprigs and simple syrup.
• Shake well with ice and bourbon.
• Pour into a glass with crushed ice.
• Finish with Prosecco Garnish with a mint sprig.
