  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • Place the figs on a baking sheet and cut them into quarters.
  • Drizzle the figs with honey.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the figs are caramelized and soft.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the blackberries while the figs are baking.
  • Toss the blackberries with the balsamic vinegar.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the blackberries have broken down and formed a sauce, over medium heat.
  • Fill glasses halfway with Vranac wine.
  • Pour the wine over the blackberry sauce.
  • Add a few caramelized fig quarters to each glass.
  • Serve and have fun.
